30 Second TV commercial

We need a 30 second TV commercial made with a 5 second leader and a 7 second tail where we can add in our own middle section. it needs to 1920X1080 pro-res. We will give you the images in Photoshop for the leader and the tail that you can use for motion graphics. it will need sound, stock music for the leader and tail.
