PhD Proposal — 3

I need some help in writing down a PhD proposal for a top university, I’ve already the synopsis with the main topics as well as some writing and structure. I’m searching for someone to help me out to write down according the general standards of that type of documents the proposal as well as to find suitable references.

I will need a thesis project in Word format (5,000 words maximum) excluding bibliography, that shouldn’t exceed 20-25 title, according the topic I’ll give you and the synopsis.
