Virtual Assistant Expert Recruiter to help me find 3 x Colombian freelancers

I am an starting out business man and I am looking to recruit 3 part time people. I have many friends here in that are Colombian and I would like to ideally recruit bilingual Colombian freelancers.

The freelancers I am looking to hire 10-20 hours per week starting ASAP with the view to full time in mid 2021:

– Web Developer
– Graphic Designer
– Web Advertising / Marketing
