Wishlist website functionality creating

Hi,

I am currently looking for assistance on creating some functionality for a website I am designing. If you understand what I am saying from this please get in touch with timings and cost. I only have around $125 to spend.

Functionality needs to be that you can create an account and then browse the web through the website and press a plus button in the top right corner and that will then save that URL and add it to your christmas wishlist. Their would be 2 types of accounts, adult and child. The adult can be invited to multiple children account to see thier wishlist. The children must then be able to log in to their account to add more or take some away.

I will provide all design for this part it is only to make the sign up, accounts and wishlist elemets work
