Django website

Your task will be to port a C# client side app using WinForms as UI to web forms using a Django framework as backend.. a database model will be provided and explained, the backend must run a websocket server to communicate with the C# app, a costumer must be able to send commands from the website to the C# app(that connects to the websocket server with a unique id)
