Full Stack Developer Initial Consultation Session

Our company is in early stages of developing a web based platform and we are looking for a professional programmer/developer to create the platform. As such we are looking for a potential candidate to attend an initial consulting session with us. During the session we will present an overview of the expected platform by showing samples of some existing platforms. No specific information about the project will be provided at this time. The purpose of this session is to seek your professional opinion on development and architecture, programming languages, databases, backend and front ends as well as an estimate of the time and cost.
If you choose to attend our session, we expect proficiency in:
● Very strong programming skills in one or more of main languages (Java, C++, JavaScript)
● Deep understanding of each of the parts that make up a modern web application (APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, security)
● Fundamental knowledge of core web principals (HTTP, web servers, etc)
● Fluency with relational databases or alternatively NoSQL databases
● Integration with AWS
● Custom development with ASP.NET, Java Spring, or Node.js experience is an asset
The initial session would be online and is expected to take 1 hr.
