SaaS startup strategy

Hello,

We’re a pre Series A startup based in Lisbon, PT and Tunis, TN.

we’re looking for help on the following topics as our current investors push towards preparing the company for a Series A round

1) Define a plan leading to a Series A in 12 to 18 Months. Analyse current status and gaps in growth, product market fit and organization, help us set OKRs.

2) Assess the organization and define a hiring plan and bring assistance in to the hiring process (job descriptions, interviews etc…)

3) Help us over-haul our growth organization, process and tools. We’ve been sales oriented so far and we’d like to build a proper marketing organization

SELECTION PROCESS
We envision this as a collaboration for 30 to 100 days over the next 3 to 6 months.
We’re looking for experts who have a track record of helping similar stage startups reach Series A.

we’re using internal tools for CRM, Revenue Assurance, ERP. All data is provided in SQL databases over Google Cloud Platform. Basic skills to query the data are a must have to analyse the current situation and provide recommendations
