Custom visual for Power BI that will show Gantt chart — 2

I want a developer to program a “Custom visual for Power BI that will show Gantt chart” The custom visual should contain the ability to display two bars for each task (baseline and forecast) and Also should allow to add columns and measures into the table side.

NOTE: I need a Power BI custom visual nor Power BI Dashboard
