Need a Prototype game made A choice between an FPS or a Hybrid 2d farming and tactical combat game

I would like to have a game made for me that has a reasonable amount of content for the early stage of development. It needs to be a working version and NO RESKINs if I can not make changes to my own game then there is no point for that, graphics will get changed later (use the ones you may have or even free ones available) but must be passable so code and function take priority over the actual looks of the games. Things like multiplayer must come later as this is the early stages of the game however I do hope to add it later
Please also note that the game will be a pc game, I do have a few assets (unity) I want to be used for the project and expect them to be in the final build for delivery.

The FPS will be something similar to COD zombie mode (but not necessarily zombies) the player must defend a point and will have access to hire friendly ai who will help defend and eventually build defenses and expend later etc. The player will be able to customize the NPC and their own equipment (starting out just the weapons) and once deployed the player can order them around and even exchange weapons like in the halo series.

The Hybrid one is a cross of Stardew Valley and war groove so that will be mostly self-explained but it will have a crafting and production system in it i.e. the player must have say 1 wood for 1 club in order to equip a single unit (1 not the full squad) and they can be upgraded later etc

Knowledge of using engines like RPG maker and things like GODOT and unity helps as well.

Source Code is required before the job will be considered complete so I can work on it myself at a later time (still a learner)
