Simple Android APK file from Photoshop Mockups

Hello,

I will have PSD files designed which are something like, it is a car service company where they have main screen, services page, package (service package) page and booking page.

a. Splash Screen
b. Main Screen
c. Package Screen
d. Book Now
e. Payment Screens (Order, Payment)
f. CMS Screens (About us, Contact, Service, Thank you, Terms, Privacy Policy etc.)

Once I have PSD mockups of all ready, I want to show client the non functional prototype of the app so I want anyone to create APK out of mockups I provide, In case required i can give HTML / CSS too.
