Customer Research Interviews & Insight Gathering

The 12 interviews are part of a small project I am driving for a Vietnamese client in the Security Trading Sector. You contribution is expected to last for 5 full days.

Transportation and accommodation will be directly booked by me.

The work consists in:
– 2 onboarding conversations with me;
– translation the interview guide that I have prepared
– travel to Hanoi (if based in HCM)
– in-person interviews of 12 persons (8 private banking customers, 4 internal stakeholders)
– recording of the interviews
– debrief of each interview in English using the interview report template that I provide
