Looking for Revit Technician – Interior Design

Hello Revit Technicians!

I have a project that will require several freelancers to work with in the production of INTERIOR DESIGN Documentation Drawings in Revit – stage: Preliminary Design / Schematic Design.

All work to be done in BIM360, we have the Architectural Base in Revit, but all the interiors will have to be converted from Autocad into Revit.
We have specific standards for documentation, as well as View Templates.

Scope of work
1. To produce a plans and elevations using Revit 2020

2. The base Building will be provided in Revit format.

3. We require that you send us your progress on a daily basis.

4. Please expect some design changes during the process.

5. Payment milestone will be in several stages depending on the complexity of the project, example: first draft – basic drawing, 2nd draft – after 1st comment, and final delivery.

6. Delivery of project: model in Revit 2020, including all the Sheets required for Documentation

Minimum Requirements:
– Revit 2020
– BIM360 (we will give access to our server)
– Autocad
