Small Business Employment Contract + Proposal — 2

I have a small business in auto detailing, i will be employing soon and i need a contract ready for when i employ. Also i need a proposal format.

The contract will be for a full-time employment (limited contract of 2 years) that includes benefits aside from the salary..
I need a general type of policy such as:
1- vacation / time off / sick days
2- Social Media Privacy policy
3- whatever fits in this part as general policies of a small business

Also, a confidentiality agreement within the contract such as for customers data, suppliers, etc ..

The employees tasks would be of what a general auto detailer tasks are ..

Any other topics that are included in an employment contract should be added; the above information is not ordered on how it the contact should be .. Also i need a one page proposal for employment / job offer ..

In my country we already have a law that covers most termination/disputes/compensation/maximum work hours/etc “Labor Law”..
In the end, the contract must refer to the “Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 on regulation of labour relations”
