STM32 BLUENRG232 Based Air Quality Monitoring Device PCB and Firmware.

Indian is prefered.
I have already made a pcb but need to be redesigned in Altium and Also need the firmware to be developed. STM given SDK but some issues are there. So i will prefer the person that can debug and resolve issues at resistor level. I need you to develop the complete device.
