As a small business owner in Quebec, Canada, in need of assistance in developing an overall compensation strategy for both union and nonunionized team members in the construction industry, I am looking for an experienced professional who can help me. My goal is to attract and retain top talent, and to increase employee satisfaction and engagement including yet not limited to acknowledgement of years of service, goal bonuses and overall social benefits package. Unfortunately, I do not currently have a specific budget in mind nor have I conducted any budget planning as of yet – this is something I would like assistance with. My team consists of less than 50 employees in total. I am seeking guidance from an individual knowledgeable in compensation strategy in the construction industry who understand my needs and can help me devise the best possible plan based on Quebec labour laws.
