I need a photo retoucher for a Linkedin picture

Hello,
I need a profile picture for my Linkedin.
I would like it to be classic.
Remove the background or make it pro (blur ?).
My shirt is too red, maybe switch to a black and white picture or make it less red 🙂
I give you an example of a picture I like (especially the lighting, the back ground and the grain of the photo).
