Bathroom addition

I’m looking to have a bathroom addition built and am looking for the right contractor to complete the job. The main purpose of the bathroom addition is to provide an additional guest bathroom. I want to use budget-friendly materials during construction, and I do need a separate water supply and drainage for the bathroom.
