Dockerize a tool

I am looking for a developer who can Dockerize a tool written in Python. The tool works fine on Ubuntu Linux but there are lot of dependency issues on windows and MacOS. Therefore, must be dockerize.

I am looking for some to dockerize it, provide nicely written steps upgrade the tool locally as well as through github as latest version of the tool gets available on github. Also looking for a fast delivery.
