Build a website

I’m looking to create a new website for an upcoming enterprise and would like assistance with the process. I will not be using a content management system for the website, instead opting to manually update the website myself. I do, however, need help with hosting and domain registration. I’m looking for someone experienced who can guide me in this process, helping me to make an informed decision on the best hosting and domain registration options.
