I’m looking for customer support representatives who can provide phone support to our business customers. The ability to speak more than just English is needed, as is the ability to respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours or less. This customer service role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve customer issues quickly and effectively. Previous customer service experience is a plus and, while not required, any bilingual abilities would be a valuable asset. For this project, I’m searching for reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented individuals who can demonstrate the ability to keep up with customer demand and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
