UX full process for web page

I am looking for a UX/UI specialist who can cover the whole process (user story to flows).
The main goal of the web page is to enhance the user experience.

Skills and experience required:
– Proficiency in UX design principles and methodologies
– Experience in conducting user research and analysis
– Ability to create wireframes and prototypes
– Knowledge of best practices for web page design and layout

Would be great if experienced in Framer.
