Childrens book Illustrator

I am looking for a talented illustrator to create illustrations for a children’s book. The style I am looking for is cartoon style, and I will provide an existing colour palette. I’m open to other formats, however vector format would be preferred. I am looking for an illustrator who can bring the project to life with their creative eye; someone who is a people-person and can communicate well with their clients.
