Language Translation Software

We have a language translation software(LMS) that requires language services optimization. I want to add some transcribing programs and increase the number of languages from 1 to 12
The next phase of this app is figuring out what GCP solution fits best. I am currently using ML in GCP to train the text to speech API. I want to get started and train the model. The App currently only teaches 1 language but I want to scale to 12.
