Mobile app for music streaming — 2

I’m looking for a talented mobile app developer to bring my music streaming app to life. This app must be able to run on both iOS and Android devices, and must include capabilities to enable users to share and create playlists of their favorite music that linked to Youtube. While I have a certain ideas for the design and features of the app, I’m open to suggestions from the developer. Functionalities must include streaming and playing music offline, as well as creating user profiles. In addition, it must include the feature of playing music at certain time chosen by users and switch off during other time (For Example: the user can choose to play music from 7AM until 8AM then again play it from 4PM until 7 PM automatically.). Finally, The IPs right of the app must belong to me.
