Crisis Center project

I am seeking a creative freelancer to help create a mock Substance Abuse Crisis Line.

One will create a crisis line, blog, text-to-talk, or crisis app and explain the intention, purpose, and how this will be effective for someone in crisis. In addition, what material and support will be given with your creation. BE CREATIVE AS POSSIBLE. This is a mock crisis center, so you cannot do this for real. Please adhere to APA guidelines. This will be five pages.
