Performance improvement of a Shopify website

Hi,
One of my client has come to me with a issues-list pdf which one third party crawler has detected in her website and shared with her. Apparently they are related to performance issue or so. She wrote me below email. Can someone help me to resolve her issues with guarantee based on that I can reply her and can commit her? Please don’t go for try and error instead if you are confident then only you jump-in because I need to give her commitment based on you assurance. Attached is the document she shared with me.
