Word Press website for a business

I am looking for a professional website designer from India (preferable Bombay) to create a fully functioning website for my business. The website should be an e-commerce and reservation system for a hotel and to use existing themes and plugins that are freely available.

I have my own domain and emails, I have also already purchased GoDaddy hosting with Cpanel and with WordPress installed. I have some simple preferences, but I am open to suggestions. I also have existing content that I would like to incorporate into the website. I would like your help in creating a functionalities list for my website.

I am expecting a responsive design, a user-friendly interface, and compatibility with modern web standards. Please let me know what skills, tools, and technology you plan to use for the website.
