Recruiting one person for many essay writings

Hello there. I would like to hire someone who can show their skill set and knowledge by doing a sample work for me. If you are awarded, you will receive $20. One of you will definitely be awarded and will write essays for me frequently. Per essay, it will be $40 for 4 pages and $50 for 5 pages. If you write anything more, I’d be willing to double that amount for going above and beyond. All communication and payment will be done here on Freelancer. Here is the sample I’d like from you:

-To do so, YOU MUST read “cantando la cama vacia love sexuality and gender relationships in Dominican Bachata” (it will be attached as a PDF) by Debora Pacini Hernandez and you MUST USE it in the essay.

-Use the example of Debora Pacini Hernandez’s analysis of Bachata to analyze the gendered dynamics of classical music.

-You must have a thesis statement/claim, FOR EXAMPLE: “woman have had a harder time being accepted into into classical music, whether it be performing in an ensemble, writing, or conducting.” Your entire essay must be based off your thesis statement and you must use the reading by Debora Pacini Hernandez to analyze it.

-2 pages minimum (500 words)

-Two scholarly sources (make sure you cite properly)

-The point of the article is to see whether or not you can utilize a source given.
-The point of the two scholarly sources is to see if you’re good at research and searching for outside material.
-The point of the thesis and writing the essay based off that thesis is to see how well you can use evidence to back up your claim.
-It only needs to be two pages. I don’t want to overwork you, but in the future, you will need to be able to write about 4 or 5 pages.
I chose this topic because very often will you need to write about classical music. I want to make sure you have knowledge in this area.
