Website for a uniquely positioned online travel booking site

My goal is to develop a website for a uniquely positioned online travel booking site. The purpose of this website is to increase bookings so it needs to be easy-to-use and attractive yet functional. This site will be a prototype not fully integrated site. Successful freelancers should have experience with similar projects, good references and should submit detailed project proposals as part of their application for this job. WordPress would be preferable with the foundation established for E-Commerce. The budget for this project is set at less than $500.
