Rocket theme joomla 3 to 4 migration

Hello,
I am looking for someone to help me migrate my website from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4.

I will also need help to migrate my content from an existing rockettheme template (built on joomla 3) to a new template (that works on Joomla 4), as the existing website template will not work with joomla 4.

There are some 3rd party plug ins (photo galleries etc) but these do not need to be migrated as I am trying to only use Joomla native components going forward

The successful freelancer will have experience with Joomla 3 and Joomla 4 migrations, and with using mainstream third party templates. Rockettheme experience helpful, but I am open to having the new template from a different mainstream supplier if you consider there are advantages.

Going forward, I want a website /template that will only need light maintenance over a number of years.
