Pace Sec Panel

I basically want to make a panel for my website from which I can control a user for example a xyz user visit my panel as xyz click on submit button or any button website should start loading and panel should tell me user clicked the button and on user interface a loading screen must be shown . Panel should have some buttons to redirect user where we want user to be for example if user is on login page as user login then loading screen should come and panel shows me user clicked the button then if i click contact us button user should redirect to contactus.php
