I am looking for a skilled animator to create a custom 2D animated explainer video for my project.

Desired Length:
– The video should be approximately 20 seconds long.

Script and Storyboard:
– Although I do not have a script prepared, I have an outline that can be used as a starting point for the animation.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
– Proficiency in 2D animation and storytelling.
– Ability to bring the outlined script to life through creative and engaging visuals.
