Desktop application Point of Sale

I am looking for Windows Desktop application Point of sales, It must support Cash / Card payments,

Key Requirements:
– The application should have inventory tracking functionality, Thermal invoice with Saudi QR code support, A4 Invoice with QR support, Purchase / Sale / Taxes / UOM conversion / report / accounts / Custoemr / supplier statements / user permissions / Refund / sale return / purchase return / Customer screen / swtichable between Restaurant and Superstore / support Server client system/ allowing the user to keep track of their stock levels and manage their inventory efficiently. (With Sourcecode / Usable for multiple clients (I am Seller))

Ideal Skills and Experience:
– Experience in developing desktop applications for Windows.
– Familiarity with payment processing systems and integrating credit card payment methods.
– Knowledge of inventory management and tracking systems.
