Astro talk like but with astrologers, doctors, lawyers, film stars etc

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a platform similar to Astro Talk, but this time one that features different types of professionals such as astrologers, doctors, lawyers, film stars, etc. Specifically, I would like to have lawyers featured on this platform, but I do not have any existing Astro Talk users. Furthermore, I need more than 10 professionals to feature on the platform.
