I am seeking a virtual assistant to help me with administrative tasks on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will have general skills and knowledge, as specific skills are not required for this role. I am looking for someone who can assist me for less than 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
– Handling email correspondence and scheduling appointments
– Organizing and maintaining files and documents
– Conducting research and compiling information
– Assisting with data entry and record keeping
– Providing general administrative support as needed
Skills and Experience:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office procedures
