Software engineer (Golang and react) Egypt resident

I am looking for a software engineer who is a resident of Egypt, with experience in Golang and React. The ideal candidate should be able to develop a standalone software that includes payment processing feature. User authentication and database integration are not required. The software will be delivered as a complete product.
