Automated follow up sequence

I want to create a follow up sequence for personal social media platforms NOT business pages. I want to create it in such a way that I can choose what social media platform (Facebook/Instagram and Twitter) and choose what account I want to manage. I want it so that I can customize how many follow up messages I want to send and the wait interval between each. When I choose what account to manage, i can choose what people I have messaged to place into this sequence.
