I need a solution architect

We are a real estate developer and we want to build a solution for selling the properties and associated business flow execution. We’re looking for several people each responsible for their part in a solution for us being able to do integrate their part.
Very short description:
We want to start with a DB ( CMDB ) containing all the properties for sale with the associated attributes, media, videos, links, visualization etc.
A front-end web app will pull this data to list the properties and will allow the customer to: choose and configure the property, payment plan, register, fill out all information necessary for contract generation, pay the reservation fee Reservation fee payment triggers an associated sales business workflow. Backend generates the contract (based on the registration details and payment plan chosen). Our accounting system generates the invoices (generation of invoices according to the payment plan can be performed by other system too, if it makes sense or fits the scenario and used technologies/platform better), checks the incoming payments, and notifies the backend and the customer. At the end the reporting and analytics.

We want to have a “property file” or a “property card”, which is a data entity keeping everything about the property – every attribute change, status change, complete history of everything the property was a part of (reservation, waiting list, signing the contract, contract withdrawal etc.) We expect the “property file” to be readable outside of the business process engine, so we expect a DWH. Reporting/analytics connected to the DWH. We want to be able to define associated business process flows (associated to the reservation, sale, construction schedule, later also the facility management), while it is imperative that we are able to define the action every role/actor is to perform, i.e. to define the forms for them – what they will see, what buttons-choices are available to them, whether or not are they obliged to attach a file etc.
