Arduino Coding Project – Atmel Studio IDE Developer (C)

I’m looking for a coder who’s knowledgeable about Arduino Microcontrollers and Atmel Studio IDE. I have PCB that has a USB-C charging port which needs to be coded to charge the connected battery when plugged in. The firmware was written in C in Arduino IDE but we need to transcribe it to Atmel Studio IDE.
