Need an Exchange Server Migration Expert with ADRMS Experience

We are planning to migrate Exchange Server 2013 to Exchange Server 2016.
We have already installed Exchange 2016 in the same domain as Exchange Server 2013 with Exchange Autodiscovery.
Prior to the production migration and go-live, we are facing some issues with the UAT environment and we need expert advice to solve the problems.
