EPS32 BLUETOOTH CONECTION

I’m looking for a Freelancer to help me create a connection between an EPS32 and a NFR51 device using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The primary goal of this connection is to establish a connection and determinate the range and status of the connection. The type of device I need to connect to the EPS32 is not a smartphone or tablet, so general solutions may not be applicable in this case. The final product should be able to connect to the Bluetooth device with the established parameters and verify the range and status of the connection with the EPS32.

verify next requirements:
ALL CODE MUST BE IN IDE
-BLE connection
-ESP32 is always scanning to find the NFR51
-Establish a connection between ESP32 and a specific NFR51
-security connection will be public keys
-ESP32 is always scanning to connect when the connection is successful, ESP32 turn on a DIGITAL OUTPUT
-if connection is corrupted o lost, turn off the DIGITAL OUTPUT and start to scan again
– code to EPS32 and also to NFR51
