Finish setup of Google Analytics

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me finish setting up Google Analytics accounts on our sites. Initially, we need to dial in the analytics and reporting for our news and community site, discovermuscatine.com.

Events to track
* community event calendar submission
* job account creation

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
