Weekly Credit Control

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide full management of my weekly credit control. Currently, I have no credit control process in place. I require someone who can take full ownership of managing my credit control and ensure that payments are collected on time.
Ideal skills and experience:
– Experience in credit control management
– Strong communication skills
– Attention to detail
– Ability to handle multiple clients/accounts simultaneously
– Knowledge of automated credit control systems would be beneficial
The freelancer will be managing more than 20 clients/accounts. The main responsibilities will include:
– Setting up and implementing a credit control process
– Monitoring and chasing payments
– Working closely with the sales team to ensure that credit limits are set correctly
– Providing regular reports on credit control
– Resolving any payment disputes
– Continuously improving the credit control process to ensure maximum efficiency
