Frame cover

Hi, my name is Jody

The object is a formed plastic cover < 1/8 in. thick.
It's length is 2 ft., its width tapers from 6 in to 8 inches , and its height is 4 in..

Scanning and reproducing at least the front 1 ft. is the objective. The entire 2 ft. would be ideal.

The original is damaged and not symmetrical. So I was hoping that a model could simulate reconstructing some damage in the upper right by using the left side as a template.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
