Create a location-based Webapp using Django or Flask

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a location-based webapp using Django or Flask. The main purpose of the webapp is to locate discounted services in the area, and I would prefer to integrate Google Maps as the map service. The webapp should have user accounts and authentication, allowing users to sign up and log in securely.
