PHOTOSHOP A FRIEND IN A GRAD PICTURE

Hello there! I’m looking for someone with excelent photoshop skills that can edit a grad picture for me. A friend of mine unfortunately passed away and couldn’t make it to the prom, neither for the pics of our graduation. I would like to make a wish come true for her mother. I will provide a picture and a base canvas.
