Tracking Number from ShippyPro to Shopify Order via Webhook

Hello, I am looking for help on creating a webhook to track a ShippyPro tracking number to a corresponding Shopify order. The webhook will draw its data from the ShippyPro API, and the software to be developed will be a web app. I’m not sure if I will need help creating the webhook URL, so guidance in that matter would be much appreciated.
