Need C# Developer for Windows Desktop App

Hi there
I´m looking for creative C# Developer for long Relationship to Build for us for now Interface for our Portal to receive Orders and Print them.

About the current Tool:
– We will Provide u the API and also The HTML Design that u can use for the Tool.

– About the Tool:
We need the Tool in WPF Framework, and should be able to work on 64/32 Windows Systems
We have 2 Print Layers
58mm – and also we have A5 – the Design of it is also ready.

I want start the Project in 3 Steps
Step 1. Start the Design before we start any Api or Test we should have the Design ready and fix any Bugs
Step 2. Start the Api Work and begin with first Test
Step 3. Start Testing Fix Bugs Deliver the Work.
In the Attachment u can found the HTML Design that isnt complete, and is what we have to complete before start the Mainwork.
