Full Stack Developer in Python/ML — 3

I am seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and Machine Learning to build an Online Accounting Solution Toolkit for my business which will have Chatgpt api integration in backend to do all the data processing. The concept of toolkit is simple and will have very specific function thus accuracy and speed are of key elements here.

Looking for an enthusiastic candidate, who can work on such development and has knowledge and capabilities to convert discussions into actual product. If the desired product is developed, then depending upon the dedication of the candidate, additional incentives will also be on the table for grabs.

I already have a clear design in mind for the website/application, and I need a freelancer who can bring my vision to life. The project will require integration with external APIs or services to ensure seamless functionality, and I will need help obtaining access/API keys.
