Migrate from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop

We want to migrate from QB Online to QB Desktop Pro (QBDP). We already have QB Desktop Pro installed on a hosted server that the Freelancer can access by RDP. I have downloaded the Migration Tool for migration from QBO to QBDP., and placed the file on the hosted server.

I’ve been reading all the instructions that I can find online, and so far I have not found a way to export all of the accounts’ data (bank accounts, credit card accounts, loan accounts): We would prefer to export all the transactions data for 2022 and 2023 from QBO and import that into QBDP.

If it is impossible to export all of the above data from QBO in a format that we can then import into QBDP, then we will still consider engaging you in a project to advise us regarding what is the best path to move forward in a way that will lead us to use QBDP in place of QBO in the future.

We do NOT need to migrate the following:
Accounts Receivable: Customers, invoices and data,
Accounts Payable: Invoices and date
